Yikes! Just got the call that the keys are on their way to us. I thought our agent was going to go in with us to be sure all is ok, but it isn't sounding like that. Hopefully she'll meet us there later on today though. I'm nervous and praying that all is in good shape.
ETA - nope, we're on our own tonight. She's planning to come by "some time tomorrow". Please God let all be in great shape.

Yay for closing! That hopefully, will take some stress off you! Tell that uterus to settle down and keep little one in there weeks longer!! Glad things seemed quieter today. I wish I could help you on the collection issue on the check, but I have no expertise with Canadian law :-(
