I've been telling DH for the last couple weeks that I think I'm getting chest and belly hair. He always said he couldn't see it, but I swore that the few slightly-darker-than-my-usual-blond-peach-fuzz hairs on my sternum were spreading. and spreading. I kept pointing out that I now have a little trail straight down from my sternum to my belly button. And that I'm starting to get them on my ribcage and the bottoms of my boobs.
I've always had light peach fuzz everywhere, even my cheeks and forehead, but these hairs are getting longer and darker. He finally noticed them and told me I'm getting really hairy. If they don't quit this growth pattern soon, I'll be a furry man in next to no time.
Is anyone else familiar with this?

No - I am sorry. I hope that it is either really good for the baby or that it stops!
It's related to your pregnancy. When I did laser hair removal on my upper lip the technician warned that they may reappear during pregnancy or grow in other places too, as hormones are out of wack.
I totally have that trail from the belly button and it's getting worse everyday of this pregnancy.
I'm getting peach fuzz, especially on my belly, but at least it's really fine and light!
It's them hormones! I am hairy all the time anyway, so god knows what it will be like when i FINALLY get pg - i will be the missing link!
I noticed today that the peach fuzz on my neck seems thicker than usual. I wonder if the trend will continue elsewhere for me too...
I've been told that the hair on your head gets thicker and you don't shed as much as your normally do...but I didn't realize that it applied to other parts of your body too! Come to think of it though, I have noticed that my arms and upper legs have become hairier of late. Ahhh...the joys!
