Poor K has another cold and must be teething at the same time, since I felt the corner of tooth #2 poking through her gums today.
She's getting better at crawling, but I wish we had more carpets because she only seems to really crawl on our foam mats, and does a funny one-legged bum scoot on the hardwood floors. I think proper crawling is just too hard on her little knees if there's no padding.

Aw, poor thing! Teething and a cold at the same time sucks. Birdie is getting teeth # 5,6 and 7 all at once and has a cold too. It is so hard to see them so miserable and there isn't much we can do to help.
We have the same issue with crawling, and this sounds stupid, but we ended up buying a few pairs of pants with padding in the knees from baby gap, and that helps a lot. Her poor little knees would get bruises on them before, but the padding seems to help.
I have the same expression "Aw, poor baby." A cold, teething and crawling. What about designing your own baby knee pads out of sponge? She'd probably pull them anyways.

Poor sweet baby! She is such a trooper, dealing with a cold and teething at the same time. My little girl just cut her first two teeth as well. It's tough to watch. :( Hope K is feeling better fast!
