When oh when will I finally trigger?

I'm now on CD13. I did 2 days of 75IU Gonal-F and since then have been on 150IU Gonal-F each night. As of this morning, I only have one follicle at just under 20mm, and my lining's at 9mm. I'd really hoped for 2-3 follicles on the injectibles, but I'm trying to tell myself that it only takes one.

The HSG wasn't too terrible. They were running 45min late, which had me stressed out about missing more work. The speculum was pretty wide and bloody uncomfortable, and I'm not one who ever has an issue with the speculum during the annunal Pap smear. I think I'd even say that the speculum hurt more than the tenaculum they used to clamp onto my cervix, which only pinched for a moment. The dye injection itself was a piece of cake in comparison. Both tubes were open, which was reassuring.

I wish I knew what the plan was for the rest of this cycle. Dr. D is waiting for my estradiol to get up to 900-1000 or for my own LH surge to start before she has me take the HCG trigger. I don't think she has an IUI planned for me this time around, which is a partial disappointment. I don't really know how best to time intercourse, since I'm on call tomorrow night and don't know when the trigger will be. I'm thinking maybe tonight, then Tues morning, and then Wed. It all depends on my trigger whether that will be good timing or not.

If this cycle doesn't work out, the plan is for me to go on the pill for a month, and then try again in September, probably being a bit more aggressive with the Gonal-F to get more than one follicle.
