I finally heard back from my RE about the bloodwork from the last 3 days: estradiol's going nowhere in the low 100s, and the LH is highish at 9.6. The ultrasound also shows no activity with the follies. Since I'm on CD16 already, she's pegging this as an anovulatory cycle, and said I can do a 10 day course of progesterone to get a withdrawal bleed starting tomorrow night. She also says the high LH is making her think about referring me for laparoscopic ovarian drilling.
Now she's apparently going to talk to the ob/gyn who does my follicular ultrasounds on Monday in order to see if she'd be able to take me on for monitoring and management of FSH injections +/- femara next cycle. I certainly hope so! I have a feeling that may be the way for us to go, and if she does IUI too, so much the better. I hope I can find that out soon.
So in 14 days or so, I should be on to the next cycle, and I hope I can squeeze one more in before August when I'm away from the convenient monitoring hospital for another month.
It seems like nothing is happening the way it should. I hope God has a bigger plan that I just don't know of yet. Soon would be good though!
