Slow progress

I'm in the throes of another follicular series now. I had the baseline ultrasound on day 3 and there weren't any cysts. Then went for the CD14 U/S on Wed, which had a bunch of small follies, and the one that barely the largest was only 9.6mm. Back when I was on clomid, the lead one was about 20mm by CD14. The endometrium was only 5.6mm, but I guess that's not bad given how small the follicle is.
I emailed my RE yesterday to find out what the estradiol and LH bloodwork was looking like, and to ask whether I shouldn't think about adding in some injections to see if we could nudge the follicles along a little faster. Of course I never heard back from her. At least I'll be able to get the results from CD14 and 15 tomorrow morning at the ob/gyn's office where I get the ultrasounds done. I suppose I'll have to page her over the weekend, since that's when I'm thinking I might get the LH surge or need to consider doing the HCG trigger.
I so wish I could get pregnant so I wouldn't have to worry about all this any more. I'm going to have to skip teaching probably Mon-Wed next week, which will look pretty bad since those will be the first sessions of this rotation. Oh well. Maybe I'll have to tell someone why I'm late or absent, but I might wait and see if anyone notices first.
In two weeks, DH has his ultrasound, and I'm going to try to get him to have his bloodwork and post-BD urinalysis done then too. I hope we get good news, and that we get the urology referral sometime in the very near future. I really need to get this sorted out, as every passing month is feeling worse, and I'd really like to be pregnant in two months, which is when we were due with the baby we lost.
