More firsts

For a week or so, K has found it entertaining to drop stuff on the floor. She also has now started to roll to one side while getting changed so that she can tip over the bottle of lotion beside the changing mat. When she's done, she'll look at you and grin.
On Sunday, I had her sit on DH's desk while we skyped with Grandpa. She managed to sit on her own for a minute or two. My baby's getting big!
Yesterday, FIL came to visit. K cried when put on his lap. I think separation/stranger anxiety is starting.
Today, she really held her own bottle for the first time. She even tilted it way up to get the milk to flow faster.

Sounds like she's a little trouble-maker already. Cute.

It's wonderful that you're keeping this blog. She will really appreciate reading about her growth. I'm sure she's noting your reaction to everything she does.

Skyping is wonderful. My granddaughter is starting to recognize me and interact at 5 months old....and no stranger anxiety when we visit! (We skype every night!)

We're going though the same thing over here - Victoria needs a few minutes to warm up wherever we go and she also needs some time to get used to a new environment no matter how many times we've been there in the past. Victoria tends to make strange with people she doesn't know very well and then that gets Caitlyn started. Neither of my girls are sitting up on their own yet so K is very advanced!

Oh man, isn't time zipping by too quickly?? Can't believe your litle sweetie is holding her own bottle already! I just want time to sloooooow down so that we can savour every second! K sounds like such a cutie-pie - and mischief seeker! ;-)

sounds like your little one is getting soooo big! i watched B change one of the kids this am and was laughing at how much they wiggle now. i miss those days when they would just lay there and let you do whatever you wanted!
