K got up from her nap today and was having her snack when she saw my watch. "Mama's Uhr" (Mama's watch). I asked if she had a watch, and she said no. And thought a moment. And said "wenn K aelter bist, K Uhr haben" (when K's older, K have watch). Too cute!
Then we were having dinner at my Dad's after going for a swim, and K was off racing around (with DH following anxiously, since their place is not babyproofed). Then she came back to the table, was talking about something, and then patted me on the boob and said "Mama's breast". I wasn't aware she knew the English word for breast, though she goes on frequently about "Mama's Brueste" (mama's breasts) in German, usually accompanied by a cold little hand sneaking down my shirt and poking at my nipples. We just about killed ourselves laughing when she repeated the pat and said it again a couple more times.
ETA - K's upper right eyetooth is finally starting to come through. Next up: 2 year molars. Should be fun times.

Silly girl! I'm sure as soon as she saw you getting a kick out of it she was quick to keep doing it! So funny.
How did the phone consult go? It's been a while since you updated.
